July's scorching sun couldn't stop the Shanghe Technology family from pursuing poetry and distant lands. To foster communication and collaboration among employees and strengthen team cohesion, the company meticulously planned a "Cool Summer" employee tour from July 19th to 20th. Together, we journeyed to Luanchuan, Luoyang, exploring the ancient charm of Yangzigou's history and legends and embracing the coolness of the lush greenery of Wangfu Bamboo Sea. Now, let's relive this journey filled with laughter and fond memories, experiencing the majestic beauty of nature and the warmth of teamwork.
On the morning of July 19th, at the crack of dawn, the Shanghe Technology employees gathered with great anticipation and boarded the bus at 6:30 a.m. to the Yangzigou Scenic Area in Luanchuan. After approximately four hours' drive, we arrived safely at this beautiful spot known as the "Fan Lihua Raising Sons Resort." After a brief rest and a local lunch, we eagerly journeyed into the embrace of Yangzigou. The weather at our destination was beautiful, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 33 degrees Celsius, adding a pleasant atmosphere to the journey. The beauty of Yangzigou is a perfect blend of nature and humanity. Everyone strolled along the winding mountain road, stopping to take photos or chat, enjoying a rare moment of relaxation.
Yangzigou boasts a wealth of scenic spots. We visited Lihua Village, Cimu Spring, Shiban River, and Yushan Pond, among many other unique attractions. Each scene is uniquely captivating, with jagged rocks, gurgling springs, cascading waterfalls, and towering ancient trees, all a breathtaking spectacle. Even more captivating is its rich historical and cultural heritage. Our guide recounted the legendary story of Fan Lihua, who stationed troops, trained in martial arts, and raised and nurtured her children, imbuing this landscape with a sense of heroism and a mother's love. This was not only a physical retreat, but also a spiritual one. Amidst the lush greenery, we chatted about our work and daily lives, deepening our love and understanding for this land.
As night fell, the aroma of dinner filled the air, and everyone gathered around to enjoy authentic Luanchuan farmhouse cuisine. The fresh ingredients and simple flavors whetted everyone's appetites, dispelling the day's fatigue. At the table, employees shared their experiences and joys, the atmosphere filled with laughter and a lively atmosphere. It brings colleagues closer together and allows everyone to feel the warmth and sense of belonging to the team.
After dinner, everyone enjoyed the cool summer night in various ways. Some took a stroll through the mountains, enjoying the tranquil and refreshing natural atmosphere, while others gathered in the courtyard of their accommodation to continue chatting about their daily lives. Under the twinkling stars, colleagues engaged in relaxed conversation, strengthening mutual trust and friendship. This evening's experience allowed everyone to experience a sense of relaxation after work and strengthen team cohesion, energizing them for the next day's journey.
The next morning, we woke to the refreshing air of Yangzigou, enjoyed a nutritious breakfast, and then set off for the Wangfu Bamboo Sea in Luanchuan. The weather on July 20th was slightly cool and comfortable. Upon entering the scenic area, a refreshing coolness washed over us, as if we were in a natural air conditioner. Wangfu Bamboo Sea is known as the "Little Chongdu Valley of Luanchuan." Walking along the plank road along the water system, we saw clear springs and waterfalls everywhere. The pristine environment was enchanting, and we felt an instant sense of relaxation.
We journeyed upstream along the winding plank path, pausing to admire the majestic waterfall cascading down the cliff face, or to dip into the clear mountain springs, enjoying the refreshing coolness. After nearly three to four hours of exploration, although we were a little tired, we were still in high spirits, with colleagues supporting each other and laughing endlessly. This experience not only allowed everyone to embrace the natural coolness but also strengthened team chemistry through collaboration, demonstrating the humanistic care of Shanghe Technology.
This trip offered a visual feast of intertwining mountains and rivers; a refreshing breeze brought relaxation; and a childlike experience of playing in the water. Colleagues gathered in groups to share their travel experiences, strengthening team cohesion. This brief stay allowed everyone to find balance in their busy lives, creating unforgettable memories and demonstrating the profound significance of company activities in enhancing employee well-being.
At around 2:00 PM, everyone reluctantly gathered for the bus and embarked on the return journey. Outside the train window, the mountains and rivers of Luanchuan receded, but the joy and emotion in our hearts lingered. Amidst the excitement of the past two days, employees shared travel photos and stories, reminiscing about the joys of the past two days. A warm atmosphere permeated the train. This return trip was not only a physical return but also a symbol of a heightened sense of team spirit. Everyone was filled with positive energy as they prepared to return to work.
On the way home, everyone expressed their appreciation for the event, saying that the trip not only allowed them to appreciate the splendor of nature but also brought them closer together through mutual support and love.
